For years, we’ve been building something that many told us was impossible — a progressive, evolving profile that adapts with you, not against you. A profile that reflects your truth, your growth, and your skills — not the checkbox version of yourself companies ask you to be.

We built it because the system is broken.

The job market today is shaped by outdated gatekeepers, bloated platforms, and algorithms that serve corporate efficiency over human potential. We’ve all felt it — the friction, the rejection, the feeling of being lost in a machine that was never designed to see you.

So we set out to fix it. Not with band-aids, but by reimagining the foundation itself.

As this journey progressed, I came to a profound realization: This platform—this tool we created—is too powerful to own. It doesn’t belong to me, to a company, or to anyone else. It belongs to you.

That is why I’ve chosen to give it all away.

Today, I’m donating the Adaptive Priole entirely to the people, and I’m calling it Project Proletarians.

Because the future of work should not be dictated by a handful of platforms, companies, or recruiters. It should be shaped by the people — free from limitations, free from manipulation, and free from the systems that have failed so many of us for so long.

This is just the beginning.

Project Proletarians is our first step toward an Open-Source Talent Economy — a world where individuals own their data, steer their careers, and build opportunities on their terms. A world where collaboration, not control, fuels innovation. Where transparency replaces exploitation. And where we no longer ask for permission to succeed.
